- Neither RewardRoo nor PocketsFull is a job: what you add to your balance depends on the surveys and offers available to you and the time you put in, so treat either one as pocket money, not steady income.

Updated
Members answer surveys and polls, and on mobile also play partner games, to build a balance that can be redeemed through PayPal and/or gift cards depending on the member's region.
That does not mean every detail is simple. RewardRoo's own terms of service describe rewards as redeemable for gift cards or vouchers and say the company is not obliged to pay in cash or by bank transfer, even though its homepage, FAQ and app store listings mention PayPal. This review sticks to what RewardRoo states on its own pages, so you can judge it with clear information.
What RewardRoo is
RewardRoo is a GPT (get-paid-to) style rewards app and website. Members complete market-research surveys and quick polls, and in the mobile app they can also install partner games and reach milestones to add to their balance.
It is operated by Bohemian Research LLC, a company whose terms also cover two sister apps, MultiPolls and Golden Surveys. Those terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

How members earn on RewardRoo
- Paid surveys from third-party researchers, described in RewardRoo's FAQ as consumer and business brands, government pollsters and university studies.
- Quick polls, separate from the longer surveys.
- Games, available only in the mobile app: installing a partner game and reaching milestones such as time played or levels, with adjoe GmbH named in the terms as one provider of the game offer wall.
- A referral programme that pays the member a bonus equal to 10 percent of a referred person's qualified earnings.
- Daily challenges, levels and streaks inside the app, according to the store listings.
- A starting bonus for new users, mentioned on the Google Play listing.
RewardRoo's terms also set limits on game rewards: a reward applies only to the first-ever installation of that game on the device, reinstalling ends eligibility, and each game offer expires 180 days after installation.
How it pays and who can join
RewardRoo's marketing pages, FAQ and store listings name PayPal and gift cards as cash-out options, while its terms of service describe rewards as redeemable for digital gift cards or vouchers only and state that the operator is not obliged to pay in cash or by bank transfer. In other words, PayPal and/or gift cards depending on region is how RewardRoo's own FAQ puts it, but the binding terms are narrower.
A minimum redemption threshold exists, but RewardRoo says only that it is shown inside the app, not what the figure is. The FAQ states that cash-outs can take up to 48 hours from the moment they are requested. Sign-up requires being at least 18, or the minimum legal age where the member lives, according to the terms, even though the App Store and Google Play listings show lower age ratings. Members register with Google, Apple or email, only one active account is allowed per person, and a profiling survey must be completed before other surveys appear. VPNs, proxies and location-spoofing tools are not allowed, and the FAQ says a member may, in rare cases, be asked for an ID and a selfie if account activity is flagged.
RewardRoo does not publish a list of supported countries, and it does not say which regions get PayPal and which get gift cards only.

How PocketsFull differs
PocketsFull is also a free rewards site: members complete paid surveys and offers, including game and app offers, to build a balance. Joining never requires a deposit or a payment, and rewards are earned, not bought.
On PocketsFull, games are one category of offer found on the Offers page, rather than a feature limited to installing the app, and PocketsFull also has a separate free-games section for fun, with no sign-up and no rewards attached. PocketsFull has an Android app on Google Play, and its website also works in a phone browser. The minimum age to join is 13, with parental or guardian consent required under 18.
How PocketsFull pays
PocketsFull's redeem screen lists options that depend on the member's country, starting with local gift card brands and also including PayPal and Litecoin.
A redeemed gift card is sent to the member's registered email address, and the catalogue of gift card brands changes by country.
