Updated
That is the short answer to whether Mr Survey is legit: it is an operating business with a known owner, not an anonymous site.
This page explains what MrSurvey is, how members earn on it and how it pays, then shows PocketsFull as another place to earn pocket money online.
What MrSurvey is
MrSurvey is an online survey panel where members answer market-research surveys and collect points. The site is run by FENBEL MEDIA SAS, a French company registered with the Bordeaux trade and companies register, and the company says it was incorporated in 2019.
Points earned on MrSurvey can be exchanged for rewards such as gift cards, PayPal transfers or prepaid Visa cards, and what is on offer depends on the member's country. The research list used to build this page notes that the name "Mr Survey" is ambiguous and can refer to more than one service; this review covers only the website published by FENBEL MEDIA SAS, which writes its own name as "MrSurvey".

How members earn on MrSurvey
The main way to earn is by answering paid surveys from research institutes and brands. New members are guided through a "Get Started" page that has them complete their profile, verify their email address and answer a first survey.
MrSurvey also has a "Today's goal" feature, which rewards members who complete three surveys in one calendar day and claim the bonus that same day. Depending on the country, members may also see partner offers, cashback and a referral program, and the About page mentions games alongside surveys and offers, though the public pages checked do not describe these features in detail.
The MrSurvey homepage displays member testimonials sourced from a third-party review site. Those are opinions from elsewhere and are not repeated here.
How MrSurvey pays and who can join
MrSurvey lists several payout methods, including gift cards delivered as digital codes by email (MrSurvey names Amazon and Netflix as examples), PayPal, prepaid virtual Visa cards, bank transfers in many countries (in the United States it names ACH, debit transfer, Cash App and Venmo), and charitable donations. Rewards are fulfilled through a rewards provider called Tremendous, and the catalogue a member sees depends on their country.
MrSurvey states a minimum payout of 1,000 points, which it says equals $10, with some rewards requiring a higher minimum shown in its store. It also says rewards are sent by email within 15 days after a request is validated, following an automatic security check, and that it charges no redemption fees itself, though some reward providers may apply their own conditions. Points do not expire while an account stays active, but the terms say an account inactive for at least 365 days is suspended and its points are lost.
To join, a member must be over 18 years old and provide a valid email address; registration is free. Only one active account is allowed per person and per household, and the terms forbid using a VPN, proxy or Tor. A first and last name must be filled in on the profile before the first redemption. MrSurvey does not publish a list of the countries where it accepts members, stating only that it has users in more than 100 countries, and it does not say which specific rewards are available in which country before login.

How PocketsFull differs
PocketsFull is also a rewards site, free to join, where members complete paid surveys and offers, including game and app offers, and redeem what they collect. Offers on PocketsFull show their own steps and reward, and some take between 7 and 30 days to confirm.
PocketsFull has an Android app on Google Play, and its website also works in a phone browser. MrSurvey, by contrast, says a mobile app is in preparation but not yet available in app stores, so MrSurvey is used through a web browser only for now.
PocketsFull also runs a separate page of free browser games that need no download and no sign-up; these are for fun and do not pay rewards, unlike the paid game offers on the Offers page.
