Ipsos iSay is the online survey community run by Ipsos, the market research company. Members answer surveys and take part in other research studies to earn points, which can later be exchanged for gift cards, prepaid cards, PayPal funds or charity donations, depending on the country.
This review uses only what Ipsos publishes on its own site: how Ipsos iSay works, who runs it and how members get paid. It then shows PocketsFull as another option for earning rewards online.
What Ipsos iSay is
Ipsos iSay is a survey panel owned by Ipsos, which describes itself as a market research company. The panel is operated by a local Ipsos entity in each country: in the United States the terms name Ipsos Interactive Services, U.S., LLC, based in Chicago, while the UK terms name Ipsos Interactive Services SRL and the India terms name Ipsos Research Private Limited.
Ipsos iSay says it has members in more than 50 countries, and its country selector lists local editions across North and South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and North Africa, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Philippines, South Africa and Australia. To join a local edition, a person must be a resident of that country.
The panel can be used through a web browser, through the Ipsos iSay app on Google Play for Android, or through the iOS app on the App Store.

How members earn on Ipsos iSay
Members earn points mainly by completing surveys, with the number of points for each survey shown before it starts. Profile surveys add points the first time each one is completed, and Ipsos also runs product testing, where members try a product and then answer follow-up surveys.
Other ways to earn points include live studies, special research communities and activity journals. The US edition also has a Refer a Friend program that rewards points per successful referral, up to a monthly cap on the number of referrals counted.
Ipsos iSay's own FAQ tells members they will not earn large sums from surveys, which matches what most survey panels say about this kind of activity.
How Ipsos iSay pays and who can join
Points can be redeemed for digital gift cards, with the catalogue differing by country. In the US, options include Amazon, Target, Walmart, Starbucks and Google Play. PayPal funds are listed in the US, UK, French, German and Italian catalogues, but not in the India or Brazil catalogues. The US catalogue also lists Venmo, and several catalogues include a Virtual Visa prepaid card. Charity donations, including to the Ipsos Foundation, are available as well. The India catalogue instead lists Xoxoday vouchers and a Reliance Jio Mart voucher, and the Brazil catalogue lists retailer gift cards such as Americanas, Carrefour, Shopee and Uber.
Reward minimums depend on the country and the reward type. In the US, gift cards start at $5 for 500 points, PayPal Funds start at $5 for 525 points, and a Virtual Visa prepaid card starts at $10 for 1,000 points. In the UK, gift cards start at GBP 5 for 500 points, while PayPal is listed at GBP 15 for 1,527 points. In India, a Rs 200 voucher needs 2,000 points. New members must wait 96 hours after registering before redeeming any reward, and a change of email resets that wait to 48 hours.
Minimum age also depends on the country: the US and India terms set it at 18 or older, while the UK terms allow members 16 or over. Members must join the panel for the country where they actually live, and a PayPal reward is sent to the same email address registered with the account, so that email must match the one used on PayPal.

How PocketsFull differs
PocketsFull is also a rewards site, free to join, where members complete paid surveys and offers, including many game and app offers, to build up a balance. Offers show their own steps and reward before a member starts one, and some offers take between 7 and 30 days to confirm, which the offer itself will state.
PocketsFull also has a separate page of free browser games that need no download and no sign-up, though those games are for fun and do not add to a member's balance. There is one account per person, the minimum age is 13, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian's consent. PocketsFull has an Android app on Google Play, and the website also works in a phone browser.
How PocketsFull pays
PocketsFull rewards are redeemed for gift cards, and the catalogue depends on the member's country, so members in the US, UK and Philippines see local brands such as Amazon, Target, Roblox, The Dining Out, Razer Gold, Steam or GCash on their redeem screen.
PayPal and Litecoin are also listed on the redeem screen for eligible members. Venmo and a Virtual Visa prepaid card, which appear on Ipsos iSay in some countries, are not payout options on PocketsFull.
