What HeyPiggy is
HeyPiggy is a survey panel available on the web, on Android through Google Play, and on iOS through the App Store for iPhone. It is operated by Make Opinion GmbH, based in Berlin, Germany, which is named as the operator in the site's imprint. The terms of service also name MakeOpinion GmbH with an older address in Eislingen.

Facts checked on
How members earn on HeyPiggy
The main way to earn is by answering online market research surveys. Each survey shows its reward before you start, though the terms describe this shown amount as a maximum rather than a fixed figure.
HeyPiggy also runs a referral setup described in its terms: inviting other people can add extra level points and rewards tied to each recruited member. On top of that, the terms mention that promotions and a higher user level can add further points.
The balance on HeyPiggy is held as points named after your local currency. The terms say the value of these points can change and does not have to match the real currency, and that points expire 12 months after they are earned.
How HeyPiggy pays and who can join
HeyPiggy lists PayPal as a payout option, along with gift cards and vouchers processed through a voucher partner named in its terms as Tremendous or similar services. A virtual Visa card is listed under the site's credit card option, and donations appear as a separate reward category on the home page.
HeyPiggy's own pages do not agree on a minimum payout. The FAQ and home page mention a 5 USD minimum in most countries, the home page separately mentions rewards starting from 1 USD, and the App Store listing says there is no minimum payout requirement. The site says the actual minimum for your country and method is shown only after you log in.
HeyPiggy's terms state that it aims to pay quickly but allows up to 60 days after a payout request, and that fees from the voucher partner or from PayPal may apply to cash payments. To join, HeyPiggy requires a real person with full legal capacity living in the country whose surveys they take, one account per person, and no VPN or proxy use. Minors aged 14 or older can join only with a legal guardian's consent; younger minors may not register. HeyPiggy may also ask for ID verification, usually a phone number check, before paying out.

How PocketsFull differs
PocketsFull is a free rewards site where members take paid surveys, complete offers such as game and app offers, and redeem their balance for rewards. Joining is free and there is never a deposit or payment required to earn.
Not every survey fits every profile, so being screened out before the end happens to everyone from time to time on any survey panel. Keeping a profile complete and accurate helps match members with more surveys. PocketsFull also has a separate free-games section for fun, with no download and no sign-up, though those games do not pay rewards.
PocketsFull has an Android app on Google Play, and its website also works in a phone browser. A referral programme gives each member a personal link on the referral page, without a stated referral amount.

Is HeyPiggy safe to use?
HeyPiggy's terms require a real identity, one account per person, and no VPN or proxy use, and the company may ask for ID verification such as a phone number check before paying out. As with any survey site, reading the terms on minimum payouts, points expiry and fees before you start is a sensible step.

No. PocketsFull's redeem screen lists gift cards that depend on your country, along with PayPal and Litecoin, but it does not offer a virtual Visa card or donation option.
