It is run by a named company, SocialLoop, LLC, and it pays out through PayPal, bank deposit, a virtual Visa card, and gift cards.
Whether it is legit depends on what you mean: it is a real company with public terms, but its own help page says the service is currently available only in the United States, and some of its numbers (like member counts) differ between its own pages. The details below come from Eureka's own pages, and PocketsFull is shown further down as another way to earn rewards online.

How members earn on Eureka Surveys
Paid surveys are the main way to earn, and the site says most take 5 to 10 minutes. Beyond surveys, the homepage says members are paid for games they play, there is a daily poll and a daily reward for opening the app, and the app offers check-ins where members claim brand offers with a tap.
The homepage FAQ also mentions watching short videos and completing other simple tasks. The help page notes that members are still compensated when they get disqualified from a survey partway through, which is different from how many survey panels handle disqualifications.
There is also a referral setup: Eureka pays $1.00 each time an invited friend cashes out, and the friend gets a $1.00 welcome survey of their own.
Who can join, and how payouts work
To sign up, a member needs to be at least 18 years old, live in and use the service from a supported country, and keep to one account per person. The help page also asks members to complete their profile and turn on device location.
On availability, Eureka's own pages do not agree. The help page says the service is currently available only in the United States. The terms of service, effective August 12, 2026, refer to unnamed 'Supported Countries' chosen by the company and require members to use the service from the supported country linked to their account. The homepage FAQ adds that redemptions are paid in USD, converted to local currency where applicable, and that bank deposit is US only.
The minimum amount required to cash out is $5, per both the help page and the homepage FAQ. The homepage shows cash-out ranges from $5.00 to $100.00 for PayPal, bank deposit, Amazon, Walmart, and Target, and $5.00 to $250.00 for the Visa card. Gift card variety is also described two ways: the homepage says 100+ options, the help page says more than 70 brands.
On speed, the homepage says cash-outs are instant once $5.00 is reached, while the help page says most are instant but some may take up to three business days for security checks. Rewards not redeemed within one year of becoming available may expire, and an account inactive for a year or more may be closed, in both cases after at least 30 days' notice by email.

How PocketsFull compares
PocketsFull is also a free rewards site: members take paid surveys and complete offers, many of them game and app offers, and redeem the rewards they build up. Joining is free and there is no deposit or payment asked of members at any point.
On PocketsFull, not every survey fits every person, since survey providers look for specific profiles, so being screened out before the end happens to everyone from time to time. Keeping a profile complete and accurate helps with being matched to more surveys. Offers come from partners and each one lists its own steps and reward, and some take 7 to 30 days to confirm before the reward lands in the balance.
PocketsFull also has a separate section of free browser games with no download and no sign-up, though those are for fun and do not pay rewards. It has an Android app on Google Play, and the website also works in a phone browser. The minimum age to join is 13, with parental or guardian consent needed under 18.
How PocketsFull pays
PocketsFull's redeem screen shows gift cards for the member's own country first, followed by PayPal and Litecoin. Eureka Surveys also lists a bank deposit and a virtual Visa card as payout options, but those are not available on PocketsFull.
The gift card choices depend on the member's country, so a member in the United States sees different brands than a member elsewhere. A redeemed gift card is sent to the email address on the account.

Frequently asked questions
Is Eureka Surveys legit?
It is a real service run by a named company, SocialLoop, LLC, with public terms of service, so it is not an anonymous operation. Its own pages disagree on some details, like member counts and exact cash-out speed, which is worth keeping in mind.
Is Eureka Surveys safe to use?
The company publishes terms of service and a help page, and it asks members for an account, profile completion, and device location rather than a deposit or payment. As with any rewards site, read the current terms yourself before signing up, since terms can change.
Is Eureka Surveys available outside the United States?
Eureka's own help page says the service is currently available only in the United States, while its terms refer to unnamed supported countries. Its own pages do not say that any country besides the United States is supported.
What are some apps like Eureka Surveys?
Other survey and rewards sites also pay members for paid surveys and simple tasks, each with its own mix of surveys, offers, and payout options, including PocketsFull.
Does Eureka Surveys have payment proof?
Eureka's own pages describe its payout methods and minimum cash-out amount, but proof of specific payments is not something covered in the pages checked for this review.
Can I cash out Eureka Surveys earnings to a bank account?
Eureka's homepage FAQ says bank deposit is available, but only for members in the United States.
