1. Click on the "Redeem" button to be directed to the next redemption page.
2. Please provide your booking details and click on "Change event date" to select your sailing date.
3. After selecting the sailing date from the dropdown list, click the “Change” button.
4. If users wish to customize their experience by adding additional upgrades or add-ons (additional charges may apply), they can do so before completing the redemption process.
5. Once the sailing date is selected, click the "EMAIL PAX" button.
6. Once the redemption is complete, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email. The Tallship reservation team will reach out to you to confirm dietary preferences.

1. The e-voucher can only be redeemed for purchases on www.tallship.com.sg and is not valid for use in-store onboard the Royal Albatross.
2. The e-voucher is non-transferable, and changeable but cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
3. The e-voucher is valid until the expiration date mentioned on the voucher. Expired e-vouchers will not be honored, and no extensions will be granted.
4. The e-voucher is non-stackable, with only one code per transaction.
5. If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the e-voucher, the remaining balance will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion of the e-voucher.
6. Tall Ship Adventures PTE LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the e-voucher. Keep the e-voucher code confidential and secure at all times.
7. Any disputes arising from using the e-voucher will be subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where the issuer operates.
8. Tall Ship Adventures PTE LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or defraud the system may result in legal action. Tall Ship Adventures PTE LTD reserves the right to void the e-voucher and take appropriate legal action against individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activities.
10. The use of the e-voucher must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unlawful use of the e-voucher will result in its immediate cancellation and potential legal consequences.
