AppKarma is a rewards app from MomoKarma where users collect Karma Points by completing offers and playing mobile games, then exchange the points for gift cards or PayPal cash.
This page explains what is published about AppKarma, who runs it, how members earn and redeem, and where it may fall short for someone in India. Further down, you will also find PocketsFull shown as another option for earning rewards online.
What AppKarma is
AppKarma is a GPT-style rewards app published by MomoKarma, a company that also runs a separate survey rewards app called CashKarma. On AppKarma, members earn Karma Points, a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value on its own, by completing offers and tasks inside the app.
The app is run by Darkfield Software LLC, doing business as MomoKarma. MomoKarma's own site says it has been making rewards apps for a long time, and the page description for AppKarma and its sister app CashKarma mentions them being in use since 2014, though the exact launch year of AppKarma itself is not published.

How members earn on AppKarma
Points on AppKarma come from several sources. The main one is completing offers and tasks listed in the app, which the Google Play listing describes as an offers wall. Playing mobile games and completing missions in them is another route, alongside a feature called Playtime Rewards that uses app-usage data.
- Karma Plays, earned when an offer is completed, according to the web app's Bonus page.
- Achievement badges that add bonus points, for example for signing up, verifying an email, completing a profile, watching videos, daily quests and inviting friends.
- Levelling up, which the Google Play listing says increases rewards.
- Inviting friends, where the web app's Invite page states a referral share of what invited friends earn, higher for VIP members.
- Third-party offers and surveys, since the Terms say the service gives access to advertising services and survey providers that reward completed offers or surveys.
The Terms of Service state that rewards depend on MomoKarma and its partners being able to track the activity, so a reward is not promised even when an offer's steps are completed.
How it pays and who can join
Payout methods listed on AppKarma's own pages include PayPal cash, prepaid cash cards and gift cards, for example Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Starbucks, Target, Walmart and Xbox. The Google Play listing says gift card codes are delivered inside the app.
No money amount for the minimum payout is published. On the web app's public World Wide catalogue, seen on 6 October 2026, PayPal was listed from 14,500 Karma Points and the lowest-priced gift cards from 10,000 Karma Points, but no points-to-currency rate is published, so these figures cannot be converted into rupees.
To sign up, the Terms require a user to be at least 18 years old and to live in a country where the services are available. An account is created with an email address and a username, and only one account per device is allowed.
No list of supported countries is published, and India is not a separate entry in the web app's region selector, which lists catalogues such as United States, Australia, Canada and a World Wide option. The Terms also state that MomoKarma does not represent the services as appropriate or available outside the United States, so AppKarma is not confirmed as available or paying out to members in India.
AppKarma is published on Google Play as an Android app with more than 10 million downloads, and there is a web app that can be opened in a browser. No App Store link for AppKarma is given on the publisher's site, so there is no confirmed iPhone app for AppKarma, unlike its sister app CashKarma.

How PocketsFull differs
PocketsFull is an online rewards site where members take paid surveys, complete offers, including many game and app offers, and collect rewards that they can redeem. Joining and using it is free, and there is no deposit or payment at any point: rewards are earned by doing surveys and offers, not bought.
On PocketsFull, playing games for rewards works through game offers on the Offers page, where a member installs or opens the listed game and reaches the steps the offer describes. Surveys come from market-research providers, and being screened out of a survey before the end happens to everyone since providers look for specific profiles.
PocketsFull also has a separate free-games page with browser games that need no download and no sign-up, though these are for fun and do not pay rewards. There is a referral programme with a personal referral link, and PocketsFull has an Android app on Google Play as well as a website that works in a phone browser. The minimum age is 13, with parental consent needed under 18.
How PocketsFull pays
The box below shows the redeem options PocketsFull offers, and these depend on the member's country.
For members in India, this includes local gift cards such as Amazon, Flipkart and PLAYSTATION, plus UPI, which pays out to a UPI ID from apps such as Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay rather than as a wallet top-up.
PayPal and Litecoin are also listed on the redeem screen. Prepaid cash cards, which AppKarma mentions in its own Terms, are not a payout option on PocketsFull.
