How to play Gaps Solitaire
Move a card into an empty spot if it matches the color of the row and is one higher than the card just before it, or if it is a 2 placed at the extreme left of a row. Gaps open up as you play, letting more cards shift into order. If you get stuck, you can reshuffle, but you only have 3 shuffles to complete the arrangement.
Tips for playing Gaps Solitaire
- Try to keep gaps open near low cards so you have room to place the next number in sequence.
- Plan which 2s go on the extreme left early, since they control how each row can start.
- Save your shuffles for when you are truly stuck, since you only get 3 for the whole game.
