  • The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.3.
  • The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per the convenience of the holder.4.

  • The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.5.
  • Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance.
  • The maximum cumulative GV value that can be added to the e-Pay balance in 30 days is Rs.

  • After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption.
  • The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.7.
  • Only valid GV/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Apparel group, shall be accepted for redemption.8.
  • The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.9.
  • The e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.10.
  • The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.11.
  • Apparel group, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.12.
  • In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.13.
  • Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.14.
  • Apparel group or GyFTR may terminate or suspend Apparel group GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.15.
  • Apparel group or GyFTR reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Apparel group GV/e-Pay at any time.16.
