  2. Informs store team on usage of Gift Card as payment mode
  3. Selects merchandise and cashier initiates the process of invoicing
  4. Cashier selects gift card as a mode for payment
  5. Submits gift card details, system will display available balance
  6. Cashier informs the customer about the available balance and asks for redemption
  7. On customers confirmation cashier clicks redemption button
  8. System validates the card, and the total invoice value gets reduced by the Gift Card Redeemed value
  9. Please note entire balance in the gift card must get redeemed in one transaction as partial redemption is not allowed
  10. Amount left in the gift card cannot be claimed by the customer, as it gets forfeited
  11. In case of the total bill value goes higher than GC Redemption value, customer is requested to make balance amount by opting another mode of payment like credit / debit / wallet or cash to complete the transaction and close the invoice.

This E- gift card is valid for 12 month (365 days) from the date of activation.
The maximum amount of E-Gift Card shall not exceed Rs. 50,000/- at any point of time.
This E-gift cards can only be used to purchase product/s at any TBZ-The Original outlet.
This E- gift card can be used only for once within the validity period of 12 months for the entire amount loaded on the E-Gift Card at a time. E-Gift card cannot be redeemed partially. In case if the amount redeemed is lower than the amount loaded on card than the balance amount will lapse and cannot be used.
On expiry of the E-gift card, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited.
This E-gift card will not be replaced or reimbursed the value of your card in case of lost, stolen, damaged or expired
