  • All Gift Cards are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issuance.

  • Gift Cards cannot be used after expiry and will not be extended, revalidated, or replaced.

 

2. Redemption

  • Gift Cards must be applied prior to completing payment and cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed bookings.

 

3. Usage & Applicability

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, refundable, or exchangeable for credit.

 

4. Partial Usage & Balance

  • If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using available payment methods.

  • If the booking value is lower than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance shall be retained and may be used for future bookings within the original 12-month validity period.

  • No cash refunds or credits shall be provided for any unused balance.

 

5. Combination with Offers

  • Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including coupon codes or bank discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise by StayVista.

  • StayVista reserves the right to determine offer eligibility and stacking rules at its sole discretion.

 

6. Cancellation, Modification & Refunds

  • All bookings made using Gift Cards shall be subject to StayVista’s standard cancellation and modification policies.

  • In case of cancellation:

    • The portion paid using the Gift Card will be credited back to the same Gift Card, subject to its original 12-month validity period (no extension).

    • Any additional payment made via other methods will be refunded to the original payment source.

  • If the Gift Card has expired at the time of cancellation, the refunded amount shall not be reinstated.

 

7. Transferability

  • Gift Cards are transferable and can be used by any person in possession of the valid Gift Card code.
