Reliance Trends Footwear Gift Card

1. This is a Reliance Trends Footwear GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance), and it can be redeemed at all the listed Reliance Trends Footwear stores across India.
2. The bearer of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary. Any redemption by the bearer of the GV/GC shall be considered as a valid discharge of liabilities by Reliance.
3. The GV/GC is not valid for the purchase of Gold/Silver Coins, Fine Jewellery, Apple, OnePlus, Motorola, Sony products, other mobile phones, baby food, alcohol, tobacco, oil, ghee, or sugar. The GV/GC can only be redeemed against qualified products. Please consult the store for clarity on qualified products before purchase.
4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
6. For Mode of payment Gift Vouchers, No Bulk or B2B Billing is allowed at the store. For all bulk and B2B billing, please write to customerservice@ril.com.
7. The GV/GC is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances. No extension of the validity period nor refund of the value of the GV/GC will be provided in case of failure to use it before the validity period.
9. Reliance/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, damaged, stolen, or used without permission. No duplicate or compensation in lieu of the GV/GC shall be issued.
10. Any disputes regarding product liability, guarantee, warranty, or quality of the products purchased through the GV/GC must be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/Brand Owner. Reliance is not responsible for these aspects. The guarantee and warranty of the products shall be transferred as received from the respective Manufacturer/Distributor.
11. Reliance's overall liability will not exceed the value of the GV/GC. Reliance is not liable for any loss, damage, expenses, or third-party liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the use or redemption of the GV/GC.
12. If the GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.
13. Reliance/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer or any of the terms and conditions of the GV/GC at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Such modifications shall be binding on the user/bearer of the GV/GC.
14. Reliance may choose not to honour the GV/GC if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse, and is not required to explain such cases.
15. The bearer of the GV/GC shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

17. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. The GV/GC is binding under all applicable laws of India. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
