Amazon Prime 12 Months Membership Gift Card

These terms and conditions apply to the Amazon Prime Voucher issued by Pine Labs Limited(Pine Labs) under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited(""Voucher"").
An Amazon Prime Voucher is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase, Amazon Prime memberships (3-months, 12-months, Prime Shopping edition or Prime Lite plan)or Amazon Pay Anytime Gift cards (inactive zero value gift card) from Amazon.in.
An Amazon Prime Voucher has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to applicable terms. An Amazon Prime Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued (please reach out to the issuer (Pine Labs) for any assistance in this regard). Additionally, as per Amazon business guidelines, Amazon Prime Vouchers cannot be claimed on Amazon Business accounts.
Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Prime Voucher.
Amazon Prime Voucher cannot be used to purchase any other physical or digital product on Amazon.in including but not limited to:
(i) products on 'Global Store' on Amazon.in, recharges,all kinds of bill payments, all kinds of ticket bookings and financial products on Amazon.in.
(ii) purchase Amazon Pay gift cards (pre-loaded) on Amazon.in
(iii) pay for mixed item order if the order has at least one non-eligible item.
Amazon Prime Voucher cannot be used to purchase Prime membership plans if customer has telecom provider (Airtel, VI, Jio etc.) activated Prime membership on the same Amazon account.
Existing Amazon Prime members who purchased Amazon Prime/Prime Lite membership via, Google Play are not eligible to redeem Amazon Prime Voucher for extending/upgrading the Amazon Prime membership.
Beneficiary of the Amazon Prime Voucher can apply the 13-digit numeric code on
https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
Customers can add a maximum balance of INR 1799/- to their Amazon Prime voucher balance.
Amazon Prime membership activated via Amazon Prime voucher can't be cancelled and is non-refundable.
Amazon Prime Voucher can be claimed/redeemed only once per customer
Amazon Prime Voucher cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for the cash.
Pine Labs, Amazon, or their affiliates are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed,or used without permission.
Amazon.in logo/trademark is an IP of Amazon or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logois an IP of Pine Labs.
Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
