Enter the first 15-digits into the "Card Number" field and the last 4-digits into the "CID” field. Enter the Security verification characters. Then click “Apply Gift Card”. If you have any questions, please contact us or call 1-800-511-2752. Your Macy's eGift Card number is required for all inquiries. To Check your balance call 1-800-511-2752 or see a sales associate in any Macy's store.
