  4. MyEraspace E-Gift Card dapat digunakan atau ditukarkan (redeem) setelah dilakukan aktivasi dan tidak dapat di non-aktivasi-kan kembali.
  5. MyEraspace E-Gift Card hanya berlaku untuk transaksi pembelian produk di seluruh toko / jaringan ritel Erajaya Group sesuai dengan logo toko yang tercantum dalam MyEraspace E-Gift Card
  6. Batas maksimal penggunakaan / penukaran (redeem) MyEraspace E-Gift Card dalam 1 (satu) kali transaksi adalah sebanyak 50 (lima puluh) MyEraspace E-Gift Card.
  7. Dalam hal terdapat nilai MyEraspace E-Gift Card melebihi nilai suatu transaksi dan Pelanggan Akhir tidak menggunakan sisa nilai MyEraspace E-Gift Card tersebut, maka sisa nilai MyEraspace E-Gift Card menjadi / dianggap hangus
  8. Dalam hal hingga masa berlaku MyEraspace E-Gift Card tidak dilakukan penukaran (redeem) oleh Nasabah pada Toko Erajaya Group, MyEraspace E-Gift Card menjadi / dianggap hangus
  9. Erajaya Group tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan dan tidak berkewajiban untuk mengganti MyEraspace E-Gift Card yang hilang
  10. Erajaya Group berhak untuk setiap saat mengubah syarat dan ketentuan, serta perubahan tersebut akan diinformasikan melalui pusat informasi yang terdapat pada seluruh Erajaya Group.

  5. The MyEraspace E-Gift Card is only valid for product purchases at all Erajaya Group stores/retail networks, as indicated by the store logo on the MyEraspace E-Gift Card.
  6. The maximum number of MyEraspace E-Gift Cards that can be used/redeemed in one transaction is 50 (fifty) MyEraspace E-Gift Cards. If the value of a MyEraspace E-Gift Card exceeds the transaction value and the End Customer does not use the remaining value of the MyEraspace E-Gift Card, the remaining value of the MyEraspace E-Gift Card will be forfeited.
  7. If the Customer does not redeem the MyEraspace E-Gift Card at an Erajaya Group Store within the validity period, the MyEraspace E-Gift Card will be forfeited.
  8. Erajaya Group is not responsible for any loss or obligation to replace a lost MyEraspace E-Gift Card.
  9. Erajaya Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be communicated through the information centers located throughout the Erajaya Group.
