- At checkout you must enter your voucher code(s) in the “Payment” page ONLY.
- Once the e-voucher code is entered, the discount will be immediately reflected in the total medicine order.

- This is a Netmeds GV(Gift Voucher)/e-Pay and would be accepted on https://www.netmeds.com/ and the Netmeds mobile application.2.
- The person who has GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.3.
- This GV/e-Pay entitles customers to order medicines ONLY.4.

- Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.5.
- The GV can be converted into e-Pay, and then it can be used partially at the holder's convenience.6.
- The Netmeds e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.7.
- GV/e-Pay is applicable only on the medicine category.
- Toiletries, Cosmetics, FMCG products, or products of a similar kind cannot be purchased using GV/e-Pay.8.
- The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with the ongoing sales and offers.9.
- For prescription-based medicine orders, a valid prescription from an authorized doctor is required for the fulfillment of the order.10.
- All orders shall be placed at least 7 working days before the end of the validity period of this GV/e-Pay.11.
- If the order value exceeds the denomination value of GV/e-Pay, then customers shall pay the differential amount by selecting the desired payment method mentioned on the Netmeds website at the time of checkout.12.
- Delivery and/or COD charges shall be borne by customers only.13.
- The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.14.
- GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.15.
- Once the prescription has been validated by Netmeds, the order delivery details will be confirmed by Netmeds at the time of placing the order.
- For any order-related enquiries, customers are advised to visit www.netmeds.com.16.
- Fulfillment of orders is subject to the availability of the product(s) at the time of processing the order.17.
- If the customer cancels the product before delivery, where the customer has made a transaction via e-Pay and applies for a refund in case of non-delivery of the particular product, the total refund amount shall be refunded to the source.18.
- The usage of the GV/e-Pay is at the sole discretion of customers.19.
- Netmeds/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.20.
