- The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.3.
- When redeeming offline, the beneficiary should announce the intent to use the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase.4.

- The GV/e-Pay is applicable for select brands/categories, and there may be merchandise in the store for which the GV/e-Pay may not be applicable; hence, please contact the customer desk for clarification.5.
- GV/e-Pay will not apply to Custom Tailoring bills.6.
- The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of the holder.7.
- The e-Pay option is available only when the Manyavar website is accessed through a mobile browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. on a mobile phone).
- The e-Pay option is not available on the desktop version of the website.8.
- The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.9.
- After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption.
- The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
- Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.10.
- GV/e-Pay bearers can check their unused card balance and validity on the Manyavar & Mohey stores and websites.11.
- The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with other promo codes or bank offers.12.
- GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.13.
- The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.14.
- Manyavar & Mohey/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, damaged, stolen, or used without permission.15.
- Manyavar & Mohey makes full efforts to accept the GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.16.
- Vedant Fashions Limited (Manyavar)/GyFTR reserves its right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the GV/e-Pay at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be binding on the users/bearer of the GV/e-Pay.17.
- Any dispute should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.18.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kolkata courts only.19.
