- This is an IRCTC GV (Gift Voucher) / e-Pay and would be accepted only at the IRCTC website and app under the IRCTC iPay payment option.
- GV/GC redemption is available in Autopay payment mode under iPay.2.
- The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.3.

- The GV/e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.4.
- The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.5.
- Multiple GV/e-Pay vouchers can be used against one transaction.6.
- Once the GV/e-Pay gets added to the balance, it can be utilized till the balance is exhausted or expires.
- No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given.7.
- Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of IRCTC shall be accepted for redemption.8.
- The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.9.
- IRCTC/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, shared, or used without permission.10.
- If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.11.
- Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.12.
- IRCTC/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.13.
