How to redeem it
- Online Store Redemption: Go to FirstCry.com and select the items you want to purchase. Add products to the cart On the Cart page you will find two options 1- Coupon 2- Gift Certificate Choose the Gift Certificate option and Enter your 14-digit Card Number in the field given and click on apply button. You will get Gift Certificate applied option. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount. Pay any balance amount using available payment modes. Offline Store Redemption: 1. Visit a FirstCry store.2. Inform the cashier about your Gift Card.3. Share the Gift Card code.4. The cashier will redeem the Gift Card through the store billing system.

- The E-Gift Card can be used against your purchase on FirstCry.com App/Website as well as in the Offline Store.
- Customers must open a free account at FirstCry.com to redeem his or her E-Gift Card.
- Every EGC has a unique code. To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter this code in your shopping cart.
- Both EGC and credit card may be used to pay for your order. If both are used, we will charge the gift card first and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

- In cases where the order is cancelled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card
- Single E-Gift Card value can be redeemed in multiple purchases.
- Multiple GCs cannot be applied for a single order
- Unused E-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.
- The Gift Certificate/Voucher will get mapped to one FirstCry account after the customer has made the transaction using the Gift Certificate/Voucher and the rest of the amount, if any, can be redeemed through the same FirstCry account.
- E-Gift Card are not replaceable if lost, stolen or expired.
- E-Gift Card can be redeemed within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- E-Gift Card may only be redeemed for orders shipped in India.
- E-Gift Card cannot be purchased through Cheque/Cash on Delivery.
