- Go to the store and ask the cashier to load the E-voucher code onto a gift card.

- May use the E-voucher to purchase merchandise from any participating Edgars store.
- May not be used for the payment of an Edgars account, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase airtime.
- Cannot be used for purchases online.
- No cash change will be provided on purchases made; the remaining value on the E-voucher will remain on our system, and you can present the code again at a later stage to redeem the balance.

- Lost or stolen E-vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
- Cannot be topped up or sent to someone else.
- We reserve the right to cancel an E-voucher should we suspect any fraudulent activity has occurred.
- Once dispatched, E-vouchers cannot be returned or credited.
- Balances can be checked in-store or by calling the Edgars call centre on 031 010 0005.
- The delivery method of your E-vouchers is determined by your program rules and cannot be changed once the E-voucher has been sent.
