1. วิธีการใช้งาน
1.1 ลูกค้าต้องลงทะเบียนและเข้าสู่ระบบบัญชีลาซาด้าก่อนใช้งานรหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์(E-Gift Card Code) และต้องกรอกรหัส16 หลักลงในช่องใส่รหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในขั้นตอนก่อนการชำระเงิน
1.2 รหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต้องใช้ครั้งเดียวครบจำนวนเต็มในแต่ละคำสั่งซื้อหากมูลค่าของบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เกินกว่ามูลค่ารวมของคำสั่งซื้อ(ไม่รวมส่วนลดอื่น ๆ และค่าจัดส่ง) ลาซาด้าจะไม่คืนหรือชดเชยส่วนที่เกินนั้นให้เว้นเสียแต่ทุกสินค้าในคำสั่งซื้อนั้นจะถูกยกเลิก
2. การใช้ร่วมกับสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นและข้อยกเว้น
2.1 รหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สามารถใช้ร่วมกับคูปองผู้ขาย(Seller Voucher), คูปองจัดส่งฟรี(Free Shipping Voucher), เหรียญ (Coins) และ LazRewards ได้
2.2 รหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไม่สามารถ ใช้ร่วมกับคูปองแพลตฟอร์มลาซาด้า (LazadaPlatform Voucher), คูปองแคมเปญ (Campaign Voucher), และบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ใบอื่นได้ (Another E-Gift Card Voucher)
2.3 รหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไม่สามารถ ใช้ได้กับสินค้า/บริการต่อไปนี้:
• ทองคำแท่งและทองรูปพรรณ
• นมผงสำหรับทารกสูตร1 และ 2
• สินค้าดิจิทัล(Digital goods)
• เติมเงินมือถือ(Mobile Top-ups)
• โปรโมชัน Bundle&Save
• ชำระค่าสาธารณูปโภค(Bills payment)
• ร้าน Apple Official Store
• ร้าน Samsung Official Store
• ร้าน LazMall Mobiles
3. การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อและการคืนสินค้า
3.1 รหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้งต่อคำสั่งซื้อเว้นแต่ว่าคำสั่งซื้อดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกโดยผู้ขาย หรือแพลตฟอร์มลาซาด้า ในกรณีดังกล่าวรหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะได้รับการออกใหม่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขตามข้อ 3.2,3.3 และ 3.4
3.2 ลูกค้าต้องติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าลาซาด้าเท่านั้นเพื่อขอรับรหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ออกใหม่
3.3 หากลูกค้าส่งคืนสินค้าเพียงบางรายการภายใต้คำสั่งซื้อเดียวกันบริษัท ลาซาด้า จำกัด จะออกบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ฉบับใหม่ และระบบจะคำนวณวงเงินคืนตามสัดส่วนของมูลค่าสินค้าที่ส่งคืนโดยคำนึงถึงวงเงินที่ได้มีการใช้ไปแล้ว
3.4 รหัสบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ออกใหม่จะมีวันหมดอายุเหมือนกับรหัสเดิมไม่มีการขยายระยะเวลาความ validity หากบัตรของขวัญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เดิมหมดอายุแล้วรหัสที่ออกใหม่จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ภายใต้สถานการณ์ใดก็ตาม
4. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป
4.1 บริษัท ลาซาด้า จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดรวมทั้งสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจและตีความขั้นสุดท้ายในกรณีเกิดข้อพิพาท
4.2 ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสม ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบเวอร์ชันล่าสุดของข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ก่อนทำธุรกรรมทุกครั้ง

1. How to use
1.1 Customer must register and log into the Lazada account before using the e-Gift Card Code and must enter 16 digits code into the voucher code field.
1.2 E-Gift Card Code must be used one-time in full amount per purchase. In the event that the e-Gift Card code value exceeds the total purchase value, excluding other discount codes and shipping fees, Lazada shall not compensate for the exceeding value nor the full amount on the e-Gift Card code unless the whole order is cancelled.

2. E-Gift Card Code Stacking & Exclusion
2.1 E-Gift Card Code can be used in conjunction with Seller Voucher, Free Shipping Voucher, Coins and LazRewards.
2.2 E-Gift Card Code cannot be used in conjunction with the Lazada platform and campaign voucher or another e-Gift Card code.
2.3 E-Gift Card Code cannot be used with:
• Gold
• Baby Milk Formula 1&2
• Digital coupons
• Mobile Top-ups
• Bundle&Save
• Bills payment
• Apple Official store
• Samsung Official store
• LazMall Mobiles

3. Cancellations & Returns
3.1 E-Gift Card Code can be used 1 time per order unless the order is cancelled by any parties: buyer, seller, or Lazada Platform. In such case, the E-Gift Card Code will be reissued under the conditions specified in clauses 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4.
3.2 Customer must contact Lazada Customer Care to request for reissue of the e-Gift Card Code.
3.3 If a partial return of items from the same order is completed, the Customer will receive a refund of the E-Gift Card Code value proportionate to the returned items in the form of e-Gift Card Codes.
3.4 The reissued e-Gift Card Code is subject to the same expiration date as the original e-Gift Card Code, with no extension of the validity period. If the voucher has expired, the reissued e-Gift Card Code cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

4. General Terms
4.1 Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions, as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
4.2 Terms and conditions are subject to change as appropriate; Customers are encouraged to review the latest version of these Terms before completing any transactions.
