1. วิธีการใช้งาน
1.1. ผู้ใช้ต้องลงทะเบียนและเข้าสู่ระบบบัญชีลาซาด้าก่อนใช้งาน โดยกรอกรหัส E-Gift Card 16 หลักในขั้นตอนก่อนการชำระเงิน
1.2. รหัส E-Gift Card สามารถใช้ได้กับคำสั่งซื้อเดียว โดยลาซาด้าจะไม่คืนหรือชดเชยส่วนต่างหากมูลค่ารหัส E-Gift Card สูงกว่ายอดสั่งซื้อ
(ยกเว้นกรณีสินค้าถูกยกเลิกหรือคืนในคำสั่งซื้อ) และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนมูลค่าของรหัส E-Gift Card เป็นเงินสดให้ในทุกกรณี
2. การใช้ร่วมกับสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นและข้อยกเว้น
2.1. รหัส E-Gift Card สามารถใช้ร่วมกับคูปองร้านค้า (Seller Voucher), คูปองจัดส่งฟรี (Free Shipping Voucher), เหรียญ (Coins) และ LazRewards ได้
2.2. รหัส E-Gift Card ไม่สามารถ ใช้ร่วมกับคูปองแพลตฟอร์มลาซาด้า (Lazada Platform Voucher), คูปองแคมเปญ (Campaign Voucher), และรหัส E-Gift Card
ใบอื่นได้ (other E-Gift Card Voucher)
2.3. รหัส E-Gift Card ไม่สามารถ ใช้ได้กับสินค้า/บริการต่อไปนี้
- ทองคำแท่งและทองรูปพรรณ
- นมผงสำหรับทารกสูตร 1 และ 2
- สินค้าดิจิทัล (Digital goods)
- เติมเงินมือถือ (Mobile Top-ups)
- โปรโมชัน Bundle&Save
- ชำระค่าสาธารณูปโภค (Bills payment)
- ร้าน Apple Official Store
- ร้าน Samsung Official Store
- ร้าน LazMall Mobiles
- ร้าน Owala Thailand
3. การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อและการคืนสินค้า
3.1. ประเภทของรหัส E-Gift Card จะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภทดังนี้
3.1.1. รหัส E-Gift Card รุ่นเก่า
- รหัสจะขึ้นต้นด้วย “LGXXXXX”
- กรณียกเลิกและคืนสินค้าทั้งหมดในคำสั่งซื้อ ไม่ว่าจะยกเลิกโดยผู้ซื้อ, ผู้ขาย หรือระบบ ลูกค้าต้องติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า เพื่อขอรับรหัส E-Gift
Card ใบใหม่ทดแทน
- กรณียกเลิกและคืนสินค้าบางรายการในคำสั่งซื้อ ไม่ว่าจะยกเลิกโดยผู้ซื้อ, ผู้ขาย หรือระบบ ลูกค้าต้องติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า เพื่อขอรับรหัส E-
Gift Card ใบทดแทนตามสัดส่วนของส่วนลดที่ยกเลิก

3.1.2. รหัส E-Gift Card รุ่นใหม่
- รหัสจะขึ้นต้นด้วย “LZXXXXX”
- กรณียกเลิกและคืนสินค้าทั้งหมดในคำสั่งซื้อ ไม่ว่าจะยกเลิกโดยผู้ซื้อ, ผู้ขาย หรือระบบลูกค้าสามารถนำรหัส E-Gift Card ใบเดิม
ใช้ซื้อสินค้าซ้ำได้
- กรณียกเลิกและคืนสินค้าบางรายการในคำสั่งซื้อ ไม่ว่าจะยกเลิกโดยผู้ซื้อ, ผู้ขาย หรือระบบ ลูกค้าต้องติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า เพื่อขอรับรหัส E-
Gift Card ใบทดแทนตามสัดส่วนของส่วนลดที่ยกเลิก
3.2. อื่นๆ
3.2.1. ระยะเวลาการใช้งานรหัส E-Gift Card ใบทดแทน รหัส E-Gift Card ใบทดแทนจะมีวันหมดอายุเท่ากับรหัสใบเดิม
และจะไม่มีการขยายระยะเวลาการใช้งาน
3.2.2. หากใช้รหัส E-Gift Card สูงกว่ายอดสั่งซื้อ และมีการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อนั้นๆ ลูกค้าจะสามารถใช้รหัส E-Gift Card ใบเดิมใช้ซื้อสินค้าซ้ำได้
และได้มูลค่ารหัส E-Gift Card กลับมาเท่ากับมูลค่าก่อนใช้รหัส E-Gift Card
4. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป
4.1. บริษัท ลาซาด้า จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
รวมทั้งสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจและตีความขั้นสุดท้ายในกรณีเกิดข้อพิพาท
4.2. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามความเหมาะสม ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบเวอร์ชันล่าสุดของข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ก่อนทำธุรกรรมทุกครั้ง

1. How to use
1.1. Customer must register and log into Lazada account before using E-Gift Card Code. The 16-digit must be entered in the voucher field prior to checkout.
1.2. E-Gift Card Code must be used in a single order. If the value of the E-Gift Card Code exceeds the order value, Lazada will not refund or compensate for the
difference (except in cases where the product is canceled or returned, the value of the e-Gift Card code will be restored to the original amount prior to
redemption.). Under no circumstances shall the value of the E-Gift Card Code be refunded in cash.
2. E-Gift Card Code Stacking & Exclusion
2.1. E-Gift Card Code can be used in conjunction with Seller Voucher, Free Shipping Voucher, Coins and LazRewards.
2.2. E-Gift Card Code cannot be used in conjunction with Lazada platform and campaign voucher or another E-Gift Card Code.
2.3. E-Gift Card Code cannot be used for the following products/services:
- Gold
- Baby Milk Formula 1&2
- Digital coupons
- Mobile Top-ups
- Bundle&Save
- Bills payment
- Apple Official store
- Samsung Official store
- LazMall Mobiles
- Owala Thailand
3. Cancellations & Returns
3.1. E-Gift Card Code are categorized into two types as follows:
3.1.1. Old E-Gift Card Code
- Code will start with “LGXXXXX”
- In case of full order cancellations & returns, customers must contact Customer Care to request a replacement E-Gift Card Code.
- In case of partial order cancellations & returns, customers must contact Customer Care to request a replacement E-Gift Card Code in proportion to
the canceled discount amount.
3.1.2. New E-Gift Card Code
- Code will start with “LZXXXXX”
- In case of full order cancellations & returns, customers may reuse the original E-Gift Card Code for a future purchase.
- In case of partial order cancellations & returns, customers must contact Customer Care to request a replacement E-Gift Card Code in proportion to
the canceled discount amount.
3.2. Others
3.2.1. E-Gift Card Code replacement validity shall have the same expiration date as the original code, and no extension of the validity period shall be
granted.
3.2.2. If an E-Gift Card code is used for an order amount exceeding the purchase value and such order is canceled, customer may reuse the original E-Gift
Card code for a subsequent purchase, and the E-Gift Card value shall be restored to the amount available prior to redemption.
4. General Terms
4.1. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of
any dispute.
4.2. Terms and conditions are subject to change as appropriate; Customers are encouraged to review the latest version of these Terms before completing any transactions.
