Central Group THB Gift Card

1. The Card is issued by Central Payment Company Limited. (“The Company”)
2. Magic Gift Card is valid for purchases at Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, Tops, Tops Food Hall, Eathai, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Power Buy, Go Wow, Go Power, Supersports, B2S, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, BNB Home, Auto1 and Marks & Spencer, MUJI and participating restaurants under Central Restaurants Group that participate in the promotion, among others, based on the card’s value and shown on the card (except for stores retail tenants, food court areas, CHANEL beauty, and online channels). The participating locations may change, and the Company will decide based on necessity or discretion. You can inquire about where the card can be used by calling the Magic Gift Card Call Center at 02-100-8777 before using the card.
3. Magic Gift Card is not valid for purchases of the following products:
• phone card, top-up card
• cash card
• gift card, gift voucher
• wholesale item
• construction materials (selected items)
• alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutical product, infant/preschool children feeding, nutritional product, and other products/services as prohibited by the laws as in force on the date of issuing of this card or as will be applied in the future.
4. Magic Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
5. This card is valid for one-time use only. In case the purchase amount is less than the card value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.
6. Present your Magic e-Voucher barcode on your mobile phone to the cashier at check-out. Print-outs or screen captures of Magic e-Vouchers will not be accepted for redemption.
7. Should this Magic Gift Card appear damaged, deformed, or in any way altered, lost, stolen, or expired, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse its validity without compensation.
8. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

2. ใช้ได้ที่ใช้ได้ที่ เซ็นทรัล, โรบินสัน, ท็อปส์, ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ ไฟน์ ฟู้ด, อีทไทยโซนตลาด, มัทสึโมโตะ คิโยชิ, เพาเวอร์บาย, โกว้าว, โกเพาเวอร์, ซูเปอร์สปอร์ต, บีทูเอส, ออฟฟิศเมท, ไทวัสดุ, บีเอ็นบี โฮม, ออโต้วัน, มาร์คแอนด์สเปนเซอร์, มูจิ และร้านอาหารในเครือเซ็นทรัล เรสตอรองส์ กรุ๊ป ที่ร่วมรายการ ตามมูลค่าที่แสดงบน e-Voucher (ยกเว้นร้านค้าเช่าพื้นที่, พื้นที่ศูนย์อาหาร, ชาเนลบิวตี้ และช่องทางออนไลน์) โดยสถานที่ใช้บัตรข้างต้นอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยบริษัทจะพิจารณาไปตามความจำเป็นหรือการตัดสินใจของบริษัท โดยก่อนใช้บัตรสามารถสอบถามสถานที่ใช้บัตรได้ที่ เมจิกกิฟการ์ด คอลเซ็นเตอร์ 02-100-8777
3. ไม่สามารถใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าตามรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
• บัตรโทรศัพท์, บัตรเติมเงินทุกประเภท
• บัตรเงินสด
• บัตรกำนัล
• บัตรของขวัญ
• สินค้าขายส่ง
• สินค้ากลุ่มโครงสร้างบางรายการ
• สินค้าหรือบริการอันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนข้อห้าม หรือข้อกำหนดของกฏหมาย เช่น สุรา, บุหรี่, ยา, อาหารสำหรับทารก อาหารสำหรับเด็กเล็ก และอาหารเสริมสำหรับทารก ซึ่งบังคับใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน หรืออาจจะมีขึ้นในอนาคตได้
4. ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
5. บัตรนี้ใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ในกรณีที่มูลค่าการใช้งานต่ำกว่ายอดเต็มของบัตร ส่วนต่างจะไม่สามารถขอคืนได้
6. แสดงบาร์โค้ด Magic e-Vouchers ผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือให้แก่พนักงานก่อนการชำระเงิน ไม่สามารถพิมพ์เป็นกระดาษ หรือแคปเจอร์หน้าจอไปใช้งานได้
7. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับ/การคืน การขอยกเลิกบัตร หรือชดเชยความเสียหาย กรณีที่บัตร หรือบาร์โค้ดชำรุด หรือมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง รวมถึงกรณีสูญหาย และหมดอายุ
8. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของการใช้บัตรนี้ โดยบริษัทจะพิจารณาไปตามความจำเป็นหรือการตัดสินใจของบริษัท บริษัทจะพยายามแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวบนเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งการแจ้งล่วงหน้าอาจไม่สามารถทำได้ทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลง (เช่น เรื่องจำเป็นเร่งด่วนที่มิอาจคาดหมายได้)
