HOW DO I REDEEM? 

Your voucher code is printed in the upper right section of your voucher. Do not share this code to anyone.

If you received a 20 digit alpha numeric voucher code (example: MQSJE9G8YE378GXV9XHZ), please go to your Lazada app (only app, not desktop version), Firstly, make sure that your Lazada Wallet is Activated: In the Lazada Philippines app, click the wallet Icon, Activate, then Verify your wallet via OTP). Once your Lazada Wallet is activated, go to “Lazada Wallet”, Click the “Gift Card” icon. Enter the code in the field provided. This will load the code into your Lazada Wallet. You can now shop in Lazada using your Lazada Wallet.  To use your Lazada Wallet for payment, simply click “Lazada Wallet” as your payment method upon checkout. Done! 1. Activate Lazada Wallet:
   • Open the Lazada Philippines app.
   • Click the wallet icon.
   • Activate and verify your wallet using OTP.
2. Redeem Gift Card:
   • Go to "Lazada Wallet."
   • Click the "Gift Card" icon.
   • Enter your code in the field provided.
3. Use Lazada Wallet:
   • Shop on Lazada.
   • At checkout, select "Lazada Wallet" as your payment method.

If you received a 12 digit code that has GIFTED as a prefix, please enter this code upon checkout in your Lazada app or in Lazada.com.ph.

If you receive another type of voucher code, please email us at admin@gifted.ph with subject "Request Lazada Code" and indicate your Order ID.  

Other helpful reminders: Type the code and do not cut and paste the code to avoid pasting hidden character.  If your voucher code has a zero or letter O, please make sure to try number 0 or letter O. If the voucher code has a number 1 or letter I, please make sure you try both to see if it works.

Terms & Conditions: Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The voucher is valid immediately after receiving it. This voucher code only works for Lazada Philippines.  It cannot be exchanged for other type of code.  It can be redeemed online at merchant’s website and can be used to pay for anything for sale in the store. It has a 6 month expiry, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the value of the voucher. Both Gifted.PH and the merchant are not responsible for lost or stolen voucher. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services.  

Important: The voucher code can only be used or loaded once and unused amounts will be forfeited. Discount can only be used once per Lazada customer.  Discount is applied at checkout page when voucher code is entered. Discount is not valid on digital goods and mobile top-ups.   Discount is not transferable and may not be converted to cash, credit, kind or similar financial instruments.  Discount cannot be applied retroactively.  Discount is applicable to any product except those marked “Voucher code not applicable on this item”.  Discount is not applicable to shipping fees.
