1. The present voucher cannot be used directly at the checkout; it must be converted into a CONAD Prepaid Card of equal value by presenting the code at the information desk of one of the points of sale enabled for the service.

3. The CONAD PREPAID CARD is a non-nominal “multi-purpose consideration voucher” that allows the purchase of a plurality of goods and services at the Points of Sale forming part of the CONAD CARD private circuit (hereinafter CONAD PDV), characterized by the CONAD brands/signs.

5. The CONAD PREPAID CARD cannot be used for the payment of utilities, telephone top-ups, postal payment slips, and the purchase of prepaid cards of any nature.
6. The CONAD prepaid card has a validity of 12 months, is on a decreasing balance, therefore it can be used for multiple purchases until the complete exhaustion of the face value.
7. The residual value cannot be converted into money.
8. It is not rechargeable; upon expiry the card is no longer usable; the residual amount is not refundable or convertible into other prepaid cards.
