 Redemption Possibility

 Redeeming this voucher will establish a subscription agreement for the recurring delivery of meal kits. The subscription can be paused and canceled weekly, with all changes required by the order deadline of the preceding week. If the voucher value is not fully used in the first order, any remaining balance will be automatically applied to the next order. Shipping costs are calculated according to the order summary. This voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes for the first order. The voucher is valid for 3 years. Valid for deliveries within Germany only. HelloFresh's terms and conditions apply. Please note that vouchers purchased from BONAGO are subject to their own separate terms and conditions.

 

 Number of Redeemable Vouchers

 Multiple vouchers can be redeemed per order and added to the remaining balance in your HelloFresh customer account. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts on your first order.

 

 Validity

 The voucher is valid for 3 years.

 

 Remaining Credit

 If you still have credit on your account, it will be automatically applied to your next delivery(ies).

 Redemption Description

 For new customers:

 1. Register at www.HelloFresh.de

 2. Select your box

 3. Create your account

 4. Enter your voucher code at the end of the ordering process

 5. Select your preferences and dishes

 6. Cook at home with ease

 7. The remaining balance will be credited to your account until it is used up

 For existing customers:

 1. Log in to your customer account

 2. Under Settings, click on "Benefits" > "Redeem voucher code" and enter your voucher code

 3 Years

1. HelloFresh Gift Cards may only be used to redeem eligible goods in the United States directly purchased from the HelloFresh website.
2. HelloFresh Gift Cards cannot be combined with any promotional offers.
3. Gourmet, Gourmet Plus, Craft Burgers, Taste Tours and add-on items such as garlic breads, desserts, and quick lunch/brunch options are not eligible for gift card purchases and orders of these items will be charged directly to the customer.
4. HelloFresh Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, redeemed for cash (except as required by law), or transferred to another HelloFresh account. Gift Cards are non-refundable and lost, stolen or destroyed cards will not be replaced.
5. Gift cards do not expire or decrease in value if unused; there are no activation, service, or dormancy fees associated with HelloFresh Gift Cards. If a HelloFresh Gift Card is suspected to have been obtained or used in a fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited manner, HelloFresh reserves the right to void the Gift Card, bill an alternative form of payment, and close the account.
